1) Purpose and commitment
AML PROOF is committed to making amlproof.ai accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the accessibility requirements applicable to services covered by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and applicable Czech implementing legislation. 2) Scope
This statement applies to:

This statement does not cover:
- Third-party websites or services linked from amlproof.ai
- Third-party content embedded on the site that AML PROOF does not control (e.g., external video platforms or widgets), where present
- Any authenticated application environment (if applicable), unless an accessibility statement is explicitly provided for that environment
3) Accessibility status
We are actively improving accessibility and running a structured assessment against EN 301 549 V3.2.1 / WCAG 2.1 AA.
Conformance status: Partially conformant with EN 301 549 V3.2.1 / WCAG 2.1 AA — some parts of the website may not fully meet all requirements yet.
4) What you should be able to do on this website
We aim for the website to support, in particular:
- Navigating and operating core functionality using a keyboard
- Using the website with a screen reader
- Zooming content to at least 200% without loss of functionality (and higher where possible)
- Viewing content with sufficient contrast and visible focus indicators
- Accessing non-text content through text alternatives where required
5) Assessment method
We assess accessibility using a combination of:
- Automated testing (accessibility linting and page scanning)
- Manual keyboard testing (focus order, focus visibility, no traps)
- Manual assistive-technology checks (screen reader spot checks)
- Responsive and reflow checks at high zoom and small viewport widths
- Contrast checks for text and essential UI components
